Bridal Skincare

Bridal Skincare
One of the biggest parts of your wedding is how you look and most importantly that you feel fabulous. You spend thousands on your dress, venue and photographer, and your makeup and skincare should be a vital part of the planning process as well, you will look back at these photographs and how you looked for years to come! Flawless makeup is not achieved by your makeup artist in one session unless your skin is being looked after. I suggest to all my brides that they start their skincare regime at least six months before their Big Day (although I would suggest you ALWAYS stick to a good skincare routine!). Here are some skincare tips and advice…
Cleanse, tone and moisturise EVERY morning and evening, use a night cream as your nightly moisturiser, exfoliate your face and neck twice a week (leave the product in the shower and you will not forget), exfoliate your whole body at least once a week (again leave it in the shower so no excuses). After every shower moisturise your whole face and body as hot water strips moisture from your skin and causes dryness. Use a face mask once a week and make sure you are using products that suit your skin type. If you’re unsure of what products to use, visit your local beauty salon or skincare professional who can advise you on the products and ingredients you should be using for your skin type. Some of my favourite products are listed below – you don’t have to buy the most expensive brands to see results but your products should be natural and free of any harmful ingredients including parabens.
Cleanser: Garnier Skin Naturals Micellar Cleansing Water, Natural Cleansing range from Biofresh Skincare
Toner: Rose Water
Moisturiser – Day: Probiotic Day Therapy Collagen Expert Cream from Biofresh Skincare, Guinot Crème Hydra Beaute (Long Lasting Moisturising Cream), Charlotte’s Magic Cream by Charlotte Tilbury
Moisturiser – Night: Lacura Q10 Anti Wrinkle Night Cream from Aldi, No7 Protect & Perfect Intense Night Cream
Exfoliation – Face: Guinot Gommage Éclat Parfait, Boots Botanics Shine Away Face Scrub
Exfoliation – Body: Clinique Sparkle Skin Body Exfoliating Cream, Soap & Glory ORANGEASM Exfoliating Body Polish
Moisturiser – Body: Clinique Deep Comfort Butter, Super Nourishing Body Lotion Q10 from Biofresh Skincare
Face Mask: Guinot Masque Essentiel Nutrition (Instant Radiance Moisturising Mask), Multi Miracle Glow by Charlotte Tilbury, No7 Beautiful Skin Mask
Coconut Oil is a must have product for face, body, nails, hands and hair care!

Keith Cullen 'Say Something'

   Keith Cullen Irish Singer/Songwriter

Keith Cullen is one of my favourite Irish Singer/Songwriters and I have had the pleasure of attending events with him, Keith is charming, handsome, supportive and above all a great Irish talent! When I heard his recent big news, I was just so happy for him and all off his hard work and dedication is finally paying off, as we all know the music business is a tough road!!

Keith is a Dublin born Singer/Songwriter, who has immersed himself in music his entire life, bred on every genre of music from big band to acoustic rock, which is evident in his own bold and dynamic songs. With a vocal range not usually heard in a male performer, Keith’s career has taken him to Dubai, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, New Zealand, Cairo, London, LA, New York, Boston, Paris and Berlin.

Currently splitting his time between LA and Dublin, Keith has recently signed a Management Deal with the legendary Phil Quartararo - Former CEO at Virgin records, Warner bros and EMI, Phil is credited with household names like Madonna, Smashing Pumpkins, Rolling Stones, Janet Jackson, Eric Clapton, and The Red Hot Chilli Peppers. As a senior VP for Island Records Phil was instrumental in breaking U2 into the American market.

'Instantly Ageless' by Jeunesse

 Instantly Ageless™ (vials)

Happy Monday lovelies! I hope you are all well.

I am sure by know that you have already heard of 'Instantly Ageless' by Jeunesse.  The miracle cream that reduces deep lines and wrinkles instantly?

Jeunesse is a global business that helps people reach their full potential in youthful looks, in healthy living, in embracing life. Jeunesse combines breakthrough sciences in a product system that enhances youth by working at the cellular level. By focusing on the health, longevity, and renewal of cells, they help people enjoy vibrant, youthful results that last.
The lovely Patricia Caren a Global Jeunesse distributor sent me some 'Instantly Ageless' to try. I have seen the online videos and was interested to try this product. I thought about trying it out on myself but did not think it would have a big impact as luckily I am keeping the pesky wrinkles at bay for now! So I opted to use my mother Liz as my victim!

Some steps to follow before application of 'Instantly Ageless':

- Use an oil free moisturiser, do not use on flaky skin
- Apply over liquid foundation and under powder or mineral foundations
- Warm the product between your fingers before use
- Tap do not rub the product onto your wrinkles/lines and under eyes, you can buff with a brush
- Hold skin tightly between fingers and get product into the lines
- Try and keep face still and not make much movement
- Avoid contact with eyes and rinse straight away

The product sets in two minutes but you will still feel a tightening sensation for up to ten minutes and you can add more product if you wish for desired effect.  You can remove with Jeunesse cleanser or any oil based cleanser.

I asked my mum to tell me how it felt during the process and she said it was tingling and tightening but not uncomfortable.

                                                            Before and After on Crows-feet

As you can see from the photo on the right the skin did lift and flatten, lines decreased. I asked mum how long this lasted after I left and she said it was a few hours.

This product does work and it is important to note that it is temporary. You can notice it on the skin and I am not sure how well it will sit on or under makeup.  I feel if you are unhappy with your fine lines and wrinkles then this is a great product to use for nights out and special events! My mum said she would love more, so there you go!

Price is €8 per vial and price per unit goes down the larger the order.

Have you tired this product? let me know your thoughts! For more information and orders see:

Biofresh Makeup and Skincare

Biofresh Skincare

Rachel asked me to review some of Biofresh Skincare’s beautiful products, this was actually very exciting as normally I can only afford Tesco Finest Range, so to have some decent products in my hands was quite a thrill.

Biofresh proud themselves on natural beauty and are committed to enhancing your most beautiful self though the power of nature.  Biofresh only stock products that hydrate, protect and nourish your skin to revel its natural beauty. All products are made with naturally active ingredients and proven formulations. Mineral makeup which makes your skin glow with natural vibrancy! Above all these products are 100% natural and not tested on animals!

I was given ‘Yoghurt of Bulgaria’ probiotic day cream (collagen expert), and some of their Bellapierre mineral makeup range – Bellapierre's 5-in-1 mineral foundation and Bellapierre's mineral face & body bronzer.

After cleansing my face, I moisturised with the probiotic day cream made with only natural ingredients to boost skin cell renewal and rejuvenate the skin, and they've added healthy bacteria to combat unwanted skin bacteria that can cause break-outs. Anyway, it seems a great idea but was hard to say how well it worked as it would take a number of uses to properly assess, but it certainly felt very pleasant on my skin and was absorbed very easily.

This is just after I applied the moisturiser!

The Bellapierre mineral foundation was a very fine powder containing four minerals said to be kind, gentle, protective and nurturing for the skin, and I loved that it works as a concealer, SPF, finishing powder and setting powder, so although to me it was a bit more expensive than my usual foundation, it was a product that did it all, so actually is pretty good value.

My one real problem is that I have pale skin, and the sample shade was ‘Cinnamon’, which was a bit too dark for me, but I'm sure would suit others well. Fine to use if I wanted to fake tan before clubbing or going to Wes, but in contrast to my skin tone, I think I would have been better with ‘Ivory’ for everyday wear. It's good to know they do a wide range of shades though. Not to worry, I still gave it a go!
To use the foundation, I tapped a small amount of powder into the lid of the pot, and using my sister's expensive and rather wonderful flat headed buffer brush, picked up a tiny bit, tapped off the excess and made small circular movements over my face, picking up more foundation as I needed to layer the look. It went on remarkably well and felt great. I kept applying layers of foundation over problem areas, like the odd spot or blotchy patch, until I was happy with the cover.

While applying the mineral foundation and the finished effect!

My skin actually felt really smooth afterwards, but probably the best bit for me was that my cheeks didn't look like they had dry skin at all. This has been happening to me a lot recently with my usual liquid foundation, but didn't with this mineral foundation. I think it's because my normal cheaper foundation probably contains things like talc, oils, synthetic preservative and dyes, which can lead to break-outs, but this Bellapierre foundation doesn't and it also has completely natural ingredients, which they say allows my skin to breathe, I could barely feel it on my face!

I think it would be very good for teens or anyone with problems like spots, red patches or dry skin, as it covered extremely well with a little build up, but still looked very natural… despite the shade! Also because it doesn't damage the skin it means you can leave it on overnight and it will be fine (not that I am saying you should do that!).
I also love the fact it is waterproof and has a good SPF, so important for my pale skin with the good weather coming!

Moving on to the bronzer, I used the shade ‘Starshine’, and using another of my sister's wonderful round tip brushes, I tapped the powder into the lid, and gently brushed it on my forehead, under the cheekbones, and a small amount on my chin and the tip of my nose to shade my face.
Well this bronzer felt as good as the foundation, which was a very pleasant surprise as in the past I've found bronzers a bit drying or hard to apply. It's described by Bellapierre as an “award-winning silky-smooth powder”, and honestly, it was. For someone prone to occasional dry patches, it really did make them feel better and seemingly disappear. And you can use it on your legs, or anywhere else you want to tan too!

After I applied the mineral bronzer:

To finish the look, I did a little eye make-up using ‘Extra Super Lash mascara’ by Rimmel London, Rimmel London eyebrow pencil in ‘002 hazel’, and an amazing black eyeliner on my waterline by Urban Decay.

So, have a look at my before and after photos and see what you think! I must say I was impressed. The day cream was lovely, and both the foundation and bronzer went on very well, made my skin feel great, and covered blemishes completely. They are now on my Christmas list (along with some decent brushes) – such a shame it is months away!

Rachel from Forever Fabulous also wanted to try the foundation and bronzer for you all and put them to the test and show you what it is like on someone in their 30s! Rachel loves Biofresh products and uses the skincare range regularly, she also loves the fact that the mineral range does not cause the skin to dry and loved the ease of application.  These products are now a firm fixture in Rachel’s professional makeup kit and she uses them on young, mature and problem skins, also fabulous on brides. The Bellapierre range of mineral cosmetics is universal for all ages and skins and that is what makes this natural brand so special!

This was taken just after the gym, Rachel wanted you to see that these products work wonders!

Lets us know what you think!
Lots of love Naomi x

Home Dying Your Hair: What NOT to do!!

Home Dying Your Hair: What NOT to do!!

Now, if you’re like me (16), you do not like paying a hairdresser vast amounts of money to do your hair, you’d much rather get a few cheap things from the chemist and give it a go... but a lot of the time it can turn into a hair horror story!!

I know there’s been warnings about this already from our hair expert Shauna, but I’m here to give you the inside story of what the aftermath is like.

So, a few years ago I’d dyed my hair dark brown... and then red... and then dark purple... and then just all out black! Then one day, I decided I wanted to go blonde, like bleach blonde!!

So I stripped my hair not once, but THREE times!! Okay, the first two times I bleached it I had to go to a good hairdresser and try to put it right!

Naomi hair orange

After the second visit to the hairdresser I did come back blonder, but that wasn’t enough for me, so I bleached the whole thing again at home, and got it near white. Then the obvious thing to do then of course was dye it blue and then green! And bleach out the purple and go all blue!

Naomi blue hair hair green

I can tell you I absolutely ADORED having colourful hair, but here is when my story takes a turn for the worst.

School was coming up and my hair was still bright blue. No amount of scrubbing it in the shower with Head & Shoulders shampoo (the internet said this would work!) would get it out tip: don’t leave the colour in for hours when it says 20 minutes because you want it to last all summer even when it it says semi-permanent! In my mind, pretty much my only option at that point was to bleach it out… again. That is if I didn’t want to get suspended from school or worse!!

So, I put in the bleach and waited.

The result was straw like hair with the ends breaking off if I even touched them... and my hair wasn’t even blonde!!  It was a rather delicious shade of turquoise! My hair felt disgusting for months after that, it was frizzy, dead and completely fried. I bought every product based on hot oil treatments, or Argan oil shampoos and conditioners, but even with all that it took months and months to get my hair healthy again, even now two years later my ends are still split! Even though the hairdresser told me I have VERY strong hair, I would hate to imagine how it would’ve gone if I had fine hair.

Now I’d have to say some of the best treatments that worked well were: ‘Schwarzkopf Got2b Oil-licious’ with (yes, you guessed it) Argan Oil! And also something I got from Penneys, 'Argan Oil from Morocco with added Keratin', which has worked wonders!

hair now (2)

So my advice? Know what you’re getting yourself into. If you’re going to home dye your hair, be prepared for possible uneven colouring, and your hair half falling out!! HAVE A BACK-UP PLAN, I would not suggest going through with it unless you’re prepared for the likelihood of paying someone who knows what they’re doing to fix it!

Eventually I did get back to blonde, but I still have hints of pink from last summer!

Lots of love Naomi x

'Best Wedding Makeup Artist' Nominee in Mrs2Be Brides Choice Awards 2015

Hello lovelies! I just received some amazing and exciting news! I have been nominated in the
'Best Wedding Makeup Artist' category in the upcoming Mrs2Be Brides Choice Awards 2015!

Nominations were made from my past brides and clients to Mrs2Be.

I feel extremely privileged to be listed with other amazing makeup artists in this category!

The Mrs2Be Brides’ Choice Awards were launched in 2014. The awards are the first and only Irish wedding industry awards that are based on a detailed review process involving each entrant’s previous customers.

Entrants are judged on a range of criteria including professionalism and quality. To win or to be shortlisted for a Mrs2Be Brides’ Choice is a real achievement. The awards cannot be bought and they are not your typical “click to vote” popularity contest which I really like!

Entrants are judged primarily via a review system involving previous couples who have recently used my bridal makeup service. These reviews are independently verified and cross-referenced to ensure credibility.

Wish me luck!!!

Bridal Trials and my Top Questions to ask your Makeup Artist!

I hope you are all keeping well and looking forward to the weekend!
I know that a lot of you are planning your weddings at the moment, as a professional makeup artist the biggest part of my work is bridal makeup. It is also my favourite.

I wanted to share with your some of my top tips for planning your makeup look on the big day.  One of the biggest parts of your wedding day is how you and your bridal party look and most importantly that you feel fabulous!

This is the one day that everyone is looking at you! Also remember all the photographs that will be taken and the fact that you will be looking back at these photos and how you looked for years to come!

Lots of brides do not think about their makeup and leave it to the last-minute to book an artist or decide to do their own makeup.  You spend thousands on your dress, venue and photographer,  your makeup should be a vital part of the planning process, you will look back at these photographs forever and your face is very important!

Book a makeup trial!

Many brides decide not to book a trial before their big day. Remember every makeup artist is different and they have their own unique style, if you are not happy with your makeup the day of your wedding it is too late to change your mind!  When choosing your artist have a look at their recent work and their style! This may not suit you, it is the same idea as picking your photographer, and they are all different.

Booking a makeup trial at least six months before your big day gives you the chance to create the perfect look for you and if you are not happy with the makeup artist you have time to look for another.

Your makeup artist should go through all your expectations for your look and guide you towards a look that suits you, your colour and theme of the day.

I suggest saving images of different makeup looks that you love create a Pinterest folder of all your favourites and show them to your makeup artist. Remember also to be realistic! A lot of photos you see are airbrushed and have the colour enhanced. Checkout my Pinterest page for some inspiration.

I know that cost is a big factor too, when choosing your artist do not automatically assume that cheap prices are top quality work.

Some important questions to ask your bridal makeup artist:

• How far in advance do I need to book your services?
• Are you available on my wedding date?
• Do I need to pay a deposit to secure the date?
• What payment methods do you accept?
• Will you be available to do my bridal party’s/mum’s makeup on the same day?
• What happens if you’re ill, or unable to make it, on the wedding day?
• What is your cancellation policy?
• When is the final payment due?
• Do you offer a trial option without obligation?
• Will you travel to me for my trial?
• Can my bridesmaids/mum have a trial on the same day? What would be the additional cost?
• How long does the trial last? Is there a time limit?
• How many different looks can I have during a trial?
• Do you have a look/style you specialise in?
• What products/brands do you use?
• Am I allowed to bring a friend for a second opinion?
• Should I bring pictures of looks/styles I’d like for myself/my bridesmaids to the trial?
• If I change my mind about makeup after the trial, is there any charge for re-trial?
• Can you work with me if I have sensitive skin or allergies to certain products?
• If I’m going to tan for my wedding day, should I get a spray tan done before the trial?
• Should I have no makeup on when arriving for trial? What about moisturiser?
• How long will it take to do each makeup application on the morning of the wedding?
• Will you bring an assistant? Are there any extra charges?
• Are there any charges for travel/mileage/bank holidays?
• What should I do first on my wedding day – hair or makeup?
• Are false lashes included in the price?
• What about touch-ups for makeup on my wedding day? Do I need to purchase my own lipstick?
• Should I follow a particular skincare regime in the lead-up to the wedding day, and can you recommend the right products?

If you would like view some of my portfolio or to book a bridal trial with myself or one of my professional team go to:

Clarice's Makeover and Photo-Shoot for Forever Fabulous

My Makeover Photo-Shoot with Forever Fabulous & The Portrait Room

I arrived at The Portrait Room based in Delgany, Co. Wicklow for my makeover and photo-shoot. Roger Kenny the photographer and owner of The Portrait Room greeted me, he was very welcoming. The studio is beautiful Roger’s recent work of family, engagements and weddings is showcased on the walls.

The environment was relaxed and I felt inspired and ready to make this photo-shoot the best it  be. We chatted for a moment about the concept of the shoot, I loved Roger’s vision, he is charming and showed a great sense of humour while also still really focused on the job at hand.

I laid out my clothing and we chose the outfits for my glamorous style shoot, Roger then took a 'before shot' of me so we could compare. I then had my make-up applied by the fabulous Rachel O'Riordan, she discussed my makeup options and we chose soft smokey eyes and contouring to really accentuate my eyes and face.  Rachel is a pro, so friendly, chatty and has such determination. I felt so relaxed in her company and it’s like chatting to your best friend.

I went into the dressing room to change into my first outfit; both Rachel and Roger made me feel relaxed and comfortable, while paying me compliments to create great positive vibes for my shoot.
I had 3 dress changes, they were classy, sophisticated and yet I still felt sexy! I took direction from Roger who really make me feel confident in front of the camera.

Baby Shower Delights!

Baby Shower Delights set up business 6 months ago and as a new mum I really love this idea, the Product is a Pre-Packed Maternity Bag.

Natasha the owner of Baby Shower Delights came up with the idea of this product after she was admitted into hospital early during her pregnancy and of course she had nothing packed or ready to go for herself or her new little baby. Natasha sent her husband off with a list of things she needed and despite his good intentions he still didn’t get it right (surprise surprise!) when it came to the little bits and pieces she needed!

Thinking afterwards Natasha thought about how nice it would be just to go online or pick up the phone and order all the things she needed in one go.

So the Baby Shower Delights Maternity Bag was born!

I think the bag is fabulous for busy mums who just don’t have the time to go out and get all those essential little bits.  It is also great if you are in hospital unexpectedly and find yourself needing everything!

Glove Your Body - Tanning Mitt Review

Hello fabulous peeps! As we are nearing the weekend and we all start the beauty prepping for Saturday night I thought I would review the  'Glove Your Body' tanning mitt. I am not normally a big fan of tanning mitts as they thin out very quickly and the tanning lotion gets onto my hands! NOT GOOD!

Glove your body is a luxury dual body tanning mitt and promises a streak free application. I love this bit, it also has a dual option so your friends or partner can help you apply to those hard to reach areas! I am sure the men of Ireland are delighted they will not have tan stained hands anymore!

It is also designed for LEFT HANDED people like me!!!! WHOOP!  I love a company that looks after us lefties.

The mitt looks lovely and it is warm too, we all know what its like standing naked in the bedroom freezing our butts off!  I have to say it was very easy to use and my tanning lotion went on smoothly and easily! It does absorb quite a bit of the product, you need to give it a good squeeze to get it back off onto your skin. I used it very quickly as I was in a hurry and did not really expect fabulous pins as a result but really it was not the worst first result and I may give them a second coating but that's not the mitts fault, that's me having a hungry baby beside me adding to my tanning pressure!
The mitt has some unique features:
  • Finger sockets inside the mitt to stop it falling off during application, this works too!
  • My favourite - suitable for left handed people!
  • Streak free
  • No more staining hands, so far so good!
  • Luxury fabric!
  • Uses less tanning lotion, simple squeeze the mitt to release any excess product!
  • Fast and easy to use!
  • Last for years - I will update you on that one!
  • Machine washable
  • Comes in its own handy travel bag!
All in all a great beauty tool that works and I will be using mine lots!

Retailing at €19.99 and available in all good chemists Nationwide.
Happy tanning and stay fabulous xxx

Hello everyone!  I am sorry for the lack of blog posts recently, I had my son 10 weeks ago and I have been concentrating on being a Mum I am slowly getting back into things.  I wanted my first blog post to reflect how I am feeling and my post baby weightless.
As you know childbirth takes its toll and we all put on those extra pounds! I am going to be very honest and tell you that I dreaded this part of my pregnancy especially as this was my third baby!
I wanted to loose the extra weight in a healthy way after the birth.  I was not breast feeding and spoke to my consultant who told me I could diet but also needed to look after myself and nutritional needs! I had to keep my energy levels high in order to look after my new baby.  As you  know from past posts I really love HERBALIFE and I have used the products before.  Most importantly they work and it is healthy!  So I went to Phillipa Doran for my HERBALIFE advice and got straight onto my programme, it consisted of:
HERBALIFE shake for breakfast along with two herb/fibre vitamin supplements,  another shake and two more tablets for my lunch and if I was out and about I had the HERBALIFE meal replacement bars at hand, so no need to snack or load up on the calories when not at home! For dinner I always loaded up on lots of veggies, chicken/fish/turkey and even some sweet potatoes! I also tried to drink tones of water.
I had 14 pounds to loose and my tummy was very 'saggy' due to C section, I wore a tight tummy control band every day to help get my tummy back into shape again and to support my scar tissue. I did this HERBALIFE programme for 3 weeks and I am now back to my pre pregnancy size 10 and in my skinny jeans again! RESULT!  Most importantly I did this in a healthy way.  I was not allowed to exercise at the time and this programme really works when you can workout up to 3 times per week.  I am going to start toning up very soon!
Below is me 9 months pregnant and the photo on the right was 6 weeks post partum. Sorry its not a great photo!

Now so enough about me! Phillipa and her team have just opened the Health Hub on Swords Main Street, in Dublin. The Healthy Hub opened its doors for business 5th January 2015.
Phillipa started on Herbalife in April 2011 and was feeling very tired and had quickly grown to a good size 14 / 16. Not fitting in the clothes you love can be more damaging on your confidence than people realise so she got to that point where enough was enough.
Phillipa's diet was more carbohydrates based and she was looking for convenience and was eating for fuel more than for nutritional purposes. Working in finance she found she was sitting at a desk day and night and activity and exercise were not high on the list of priorities.

Phillipa met a lady in local dress makers and mentioned she needed to lose weight. Her reply changed her life for the better; "If you want to lose weight then you will, but you will also feel great on HERBALIFE!’ and was she right!
Initially the focus was purely on the weight but on Day four she woke up feeling fresh and ready to tackle the day. For someone who struggled every morning and needed daily naps this was an amazing feeling. Within a short period of time Phillipa lost 32lbs and 64 inches, dropping 10+% body fat through using a personalised product and nutrition programme suitable for her lifestyle needs.
The day Phillipa started HERBALIFE was like a switch going off not only did it give her health and weight loss results, it also gave her a new career which she had no intention of doing at the time. Phillipa started to show and explain to others how and what she had done as other people were not only seeing a change in her appearance but also in energy levels which in turn affected her attitude and vitality.

Phillipa now works as an Independent HERBALIFE Member every day and LOVES what she does!

"My day is dedicated to my clients  who really have become friends and have I have a fabulous team of coaches all over the world who do the same. Most of those coaches were customers first and developed into coaches so they know first hand how amazing these products are so are equally as passionate as I am".
"So here in The Healthy Hub our main focus is to get people into thinking differently about themselves in every way not just about their physical appearance. Yes people want weight loss or to shape up but it’s more important that people sort out their nutrition which in turn will affect their energy levels, appearance, vitality levels and confidence giving them the get up and go feeling every day and feel they can take on their daily task with purpose rather than necessity."

"HERBALIFE science based nutritional  products feed the body at cellular level and in turn the body responds to great nutrition – fuel your body correctly and you will see and feel the difference!"
"We provide Wellness Profiles as well as Body Composition Analysis and Body Circumference Measurements so people become educated on their body composition such as lean muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat levels, hydration levels and metabolic factors rather than being fixated on their 'weight' and the dreaded weighing scales numbers!"

"We buy clothes in sizes not in stones! In addition to this we encourage, motivate and support people to live a healthy active lifestyle and help them with their healthy and nutritional food choices so that they are being educated along their wellness journey so this will become a long term lifestyle change rather than a quick fix with no change in habits once the fix is over! The beauty of the nutritionally balanced products means that it takes a lot of time and effort out of trying to eat healthy as time and lack of preparation often leads to unintentional yet unhealthy food and drink choices. Each programme is personalised to individual needs."
"Our focus here is to create a community both in local sense in The Healthy Hub in Swords and the surrounding areas but also the online world. We want people to feel they are part of something more than just a reaching their personal goals. Everyone has a story, everyone has a journey and everyone has the ability to change others in a positive way so that is  why we feel our Hub is more than just a location it’s a place where we can start this process for people and be behind them every step of the way. We often find that people inspire other people so hence we encourage our events for education, encouragement and social  purposes."

The coaches who work from the Healthy Hub are Phillippa Doran her younger sister Jamie Doran and Michelle Carroll.

In 2012 Phillipa won the DSAI The Direct Selling Association of Ireland 'New Direct Selling Entrepreneur Award' last year in 2014 Jamie won the DSAI 'Young Entrepreneur Award' and Michelle is the proper tier of the 'Feel Good HQ' and has a regular slot on Sunshine FM and has extensive experience in the world of weight loss  is now part of the team of 'Hubettes'.
You will always be met with an encouraging smile at the door and a helping hand in whatever your nutritional  needs is.  With their extremely professional yet fun attitude approach to making changes for the better!
I promise you will not regret it! xxx
