FAST FITNESS!

Evo-lutionary Fast Fitness!

Not having time for the gym just isn’t a good enough excuse any longer! Fast fitness and results sounds good to me, I HATE the gym and never last more then a few weeks, I like fast results so when I heard about the Evo Fitness Fitness training system I just had to find out more!

The revolutionary Evo Fitness training system is new in Ireland, and promises peak fitness goals can be reached by training for just 20 minutes a day, three or four times a week!
Paul O'Callaghan, Managing Director of Evo Fitness Ireland is in the process of opening his third Evo-Fitness studio on the Longmile Road in Dublin, joining successful studios at Peamount Utd Football Club in Greenogue Business Park, Newcastle, and at The Waterways in Sallins, County Kildare. Both Evo-Fitness facilities opened in the last year and are establishing a loyal following for the unique personal training system that gets results fast.
This evolutionary approach to fitness is based on the idea that short intense training is better than long, sometimes fruitless, sessions in the gym. The brief 20 minute Evo Fitness workouts build muscle and lean tissue, toning the body, which in turn increases metabolism and stimulates hormone production, to help burn fat. This is key to offering Evo clients a long-term solution to their health & fitness needs as their Metabolic Age is constantly monitored – the younger you are, metabolically speaking, the more calories you burn and the better your chances of staying in shape!!!
Evo-Style training is a form of low-impact resistance (weight) training, with no boring cardio such as steppers, treadmills, or cross-trainers. This makes the regime suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities - women should not be afraid of Evo training – over 70% of Evo's current clients are female!
After an initial consultation, the Evo Fitness expert trainers monitor each individual’s progress every 6 sessions so they know the workout is achieving results. All training sessions are appointment based, providing the motivation to be there, and, with scheduled appointments, there is no overcrowding plus clients are more likely to go to the gym.
In addition to the resistance regime Evo-Style Training advocates a Low GI approach to nutrition - avoid the sugar & starchy foods, feed the body the type of food it evolved on – fruit, veg, meat, fish, eggs, etc... and the body will look after itself!
Described as ‘the gym for people who hate gyms’, Evo-Fitness is ideal for people who find normal gyms intimidating, Paul says, “We work with a maximum of three people at a time, and a trainer is always present - it's personal training and motivation for a lot less than the cost of a fitness trainer. We take a relaxed, personal approach and focus on the results each individual wants, from weight-loss, to overall toning, to muscle definition.
When you combine the right type of training with the right food that's when the “magic” happens, we've results from hundreds of clients who are living proof of the Evo Approach!
Our Evo trainers are key to our success, their only focus is to get our clients into shape, if they get into shape then their friends and will come to us. We don't take ourselves too seriously and I think our clients appreciate that – for example a qualified Evo Trainer wears the Gaelic word “DRAOI” on their back, clients ask what it means and we say we're magicians at making fat disappear – that usually gets a good laugh!”
The Evo Fitness studios are open 6 days a week, including early mornings and late evenings, and every session is supervised by a trainer to lend support and encouragement.  Sounds fantastic and I am going to check it out! x
