360 Hot Yoga hits Dublin!

360 Hot Yoga Arrives in Stillorgan!
 
360 Hot Yoga is Dublin's newest hot yoga studio, set up and managed by the lovely Claire and Paul.  The studio has been kitted out to the highest standard of spec for a hot yoga studio. The heating system is powered by Infrared heaters heating the room up to 36-40 degrees Celsius. The heat provides a method of detoxing and also encourages your body to become more limber and flexible. It is very important to come hydrated to the class, drink at least two litres of water during the day before the class if your coming in the evening, if you are attending a morning class make sure to hydrate the day before.
 
360 Hot Yoga provides classes for all levels of yoga practice. There is a class for everyone, checkout the amazing benefits!

Absolute Hot Yoga

Specifically designed to be practiced in a hot studio environment, the Absolute sequence is based on  Hatha and Ashtanga postures combined to build strength as well as flexibility. This 50 posture sequence is ideal for beginners but, with modifications,  also provides a challenging class for advanced students. This class is designed to provide a full body work out.

Vinyasa Power Yoga

Vinyasa/flow yoga brings a fluid movement between each posture.  The series of yoga flows through a standard series of postures that can be adjusted and improved upon as the students ability develops. As students advance they can begin to introduce a number of Intermediate Series postures. vinyasa yoga can be practiced by all levels from beginners to advanced.

Restorative Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower pace of yoga, it generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. The hot room is a perfect environment to practise Yin yoga in as the heat allows you go deeper into your muscles. The purpose of practising a yin style yoga is to complete the yang (dynamic fast pace yoga). we offer 1 yin class a week and weekend workshops.

  • Focuses on Hips, pelvises, and lower spine.
